The Stewardship Group’s mission is to provide safe resources of God’s provisions for Kingdom work.  One challenge pastors often discover is the area of finding loans for the expansion of their facilities for spreading the gospel in their community.  The Stewardship Group now has two strategic partners for church loans.

We chose a process of sending RFP’s (Request For Proposals) to multiple banks across the United States that specialize in church lending nationwide.  We reviewed the responses and selected two that we felt could meet the needs of Apostolic churches. 

One partner is America’s Christian Credit Union (ACCU).  In the last 12 months, the first year of partnership, we have had 18 church loans funded through this Christian lending institution.  ACCU will loan churches money for vehicles, parsonages, new land, new construction, expansion of facilities, renovations and refinancing. 

The other partner is First Bank.  This partner makes loans of $750,000 and above for new land, new construction, expansion of facilities, renovations and refinancing.

As we expanded into this new venture, it was soon discovered that some of our churches did not meet the requirements of our two partners.  Thus, we have now arranged to have a church loan consultant work with our pastors to help them find the best resource for their loans through Church First Financial.
